They have an elasticated waistband to fit to the runner’s physical shape and prevent them from sliding down. The fit can be adjusted using the customised drawstrings. They incorporate several pockets on the waist to organise your snacks: energy bars, gel, ‘soft flask’ bottles, etc.; and your personal items, such as your mobile phone, keys or earphones.
